Default New to the boards!

What up everyone! I recently purchased an 04 SM s2k. I've been driving an 02 Civic for the past 5 years and finally got rid of that slow sohc. I've had the car for a little over a week and love it to death. I love the cockpit like feel and the stiffness of the ride, makes me feel in total control. I just threw on some 17" Advan Rg's(gold) and next up is suspension, still torn on what to get!

Hope to be here a while and meet some good people

-Jon

Welcome, lots of options with suspension. Least expensive is a set of springs, in the middle are springs/shocks (ie Koni yellows) and most expensive is full coilovers. There was actually a good overview on the front page a while ago, link below:

Welcome Jon - and great choice on the color! As you can see I have an 05, I'm planning on doing a set of Swift Springs for mine. Got a few sub $300 quotes and should be picking them up this month. From the research I've done people seem really happy with them, not too big a drop and the ride isn't compromised. Do a search and you should be able to find some pics. Good Luck!

thx everyone! Yeah, I think I'm gonna do coilovers but I will most definitely check into springs. I did springs on the civic and I was unhappy with the height. Time for some research!
