I wanted to post on here as a new AP1 owner, as of yesterday! I'm from the Chicago area, and picked up a clean 2000 BB AP1 with 79,000 miles in Northern Michigan, from the original owner. It has never been modified, aside from drilled/slotted brakes done last Summer. 10 matching VINs.
I look forward to becoming a part of the S2000 community, and will be posting up some proper pictures once I have a chance.
Some of my to-do items for this winter/spring
Flush/change all fluids, AP2 intake valve retainers, replace intake and cabin air filters, full interior vacuum/cleaning, exterior detail and paint correction, a little PDR work for a couple of dings, check/replace TCT, OEM hardtop, among some other things.
