Default New GPW in Houston and about to order some mods

Just got my 08 GPW with R/B interior and love it. I used to drive a Ridgeline so I have a lot of getting used to, lol. After doing some research for parts, here is what im planning:

Megan Header
Berk's TP
K&N Intake Kit
Muz 3-piece floor mats ($350!?!?)

Let me know what ya'll think, I'm going to order next week.

I just hardwired my V1 and really want the floor mats. I already see scoff marks on the crossbar, but too bad the best mats are only in AU and cost almost as much as the header! I want to keep the OEM exhaust for now, because I do want a quiet ride, but I figure the TP would help it resonate with a deep growl. If anything, I may get the HKS system, since it seems to be the quietest on the market.

Anyone have any advice before I drain my money into this car?

Ok, im gonna noob it up a little, but dont flame me!

Could anyone fill me on the acronyms that go around here..

AP1/AP2 - first gen, 2nd gen right? but what does AP stand for?

MY08 - 2008 S2000, but what does MY stand for?

If i wanted to sell my 2008 wheels, they would be the AP2V3 wheels since its the 3rd version of wheels for AP2s, right?

Thanks,

APx is Honda's internal model designation for this chassis. I think I saw it on the window sticker. It says something like "serial number" then it says AP2-

MY is model year

You are correct about the wheels.

Enjoy!

The k&N is a def a good choice. relatively inexpensive, and it sounds AMAZING. You can't go wrong.

Congrats on the purchase!

Personally I'd get the floormats and spend the rest of the money on a couple Driver's Edge events.

Those other mods won't do a thing performance wise, at least no enough for you to notice them. Your money would be much better spent learning how to take that car near its potential.
