Wink New guy from CT with an AP1!

lol, hey everyone my name is Matt. I am from the awful state of CT outside of Hartford.

Just bought a 2003 NFR S2000 from Texas Auto Direct in Texas (Not sure if it was a good idea but the best deal i could find lol). The shipping company is picking her up Friday the 4th.

I already ordered fresh floormats, tein s.tech springs, front lip, and tried to buy Slipstreams in white but they are back ordered until April lol. Picking up the typical RPF1s next week instead.

Past cars:
SOLD 2004 Subaru STi with boltons and a GT3076 blouch turbo, she put down 405awhp

1999 Chevy Camaro Z28 with an economy turbo build. Put down 560rwhp/590rwtq at 10psi.

SOLD 1999 Civic Si with LSV Turbo that pput down 312fwhp (Ring lands died 4 days after i got it tuned racing a supercharged 3 valve mustang gt.)

Anyways - I can't wait to get the car and start having some fun with it! Definitely planning on boosting her with a Mase kit in the future. Already learning a lot from this site and ive been here for less than a month, absolutely awesome.

- Matt

wow coming from a STI to a S2k in CT...big change. Hope you enjoy it!! Those back roads will be fun with RWD, but not as much as the STI in the snow. Be safe!!
What are your first mods going to be? May i suggest a DIY traction control?

Race Logic Traction Control DIY

DIY Seat Heaters

Just the two mods i would have done if i was in CT.

Also in my signature is my Official Budget Mod list, you may want to check out for things, here are a few more for DIY.

Thanks for the welcomes! I will have a daily driver, and i work from home when it snows, so no big deal for me

First mod are springs, front lip, wheels... then i may just do clutch and turbo kit.. or pay off some bills and wait on that and leave it stock for as long as i can (which is not very long)

That is a LOT of information, thank you! I am going to starting reading through that now lol

Sweet! Welcome aboard. What mileage and how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
