Default New guy here...

Hello all...

Names John and I am in the USAF... Currently serving in Alaska... I leave here next OCT and I will be in the market for a used S2K round the time I return to the states...

I figured I might as well register here and read up on them... I'm probably going to be looking for a 02-03 model.

I've had a few cars here and there... my last ones were a 05 SRT-4 with bolt ons... (sold within a few months - couldn't stand the FWD and couldn't stand the cruddy build quality)

Then I got my 98 Integra GSR.. Loved it handling wise... and build wise.. but not enough umph and well of course wrong wheel drive.

I was debating between a 03 Cobra or a S2K... I know the Cobra is by far way faster in a straight line.. but I like the S2K interior/handling/styling over the Cobra.

Anyhow, heres a few pics of the most recent cars.

Just sold the Integra last Friday for $10,500... I miss it.. but it'll allow me to save up a good chunk of change to toss at a downpayment.

I look forward to posting on the forums..

kind of hard to compare a cobra and an s2k... Anyhow, you won't be dissappointed. Great cars

I've had mine for a year and a half now, and every day I get in the driver seat feels like the first day I drove it off the lot.

Good luck.

Good luck.

You stationed at Eilson by any chance. I lived there for 3 years when my dad was stationed there working on a-10s

For some strange reason I went USMC instead lol

I've been TDY to Greely for a few days... my god. I feel bad for the folks there... I was also TDY to Clear for a day or so... mother of god... I don't know what I'd do if I was at either of those places..

It's -30 outside and dark.... gets daylight about 9ish and it gets dark around 3:45 now..

I leave next OCT and can't wait!
