Welcome to the forum.
I also like the look of the car, could just be the pics, but that red looks really, really good. I guess picking up cars in Dallas is a trendy thing to do since I just did the same for my first S2k on Friday last week.

I haven't really decided. some of the roads here in San Antonio really blow and I like the soft feel.
I figure I can dd on these and if I really want to track it hard, pick up a set in 12k/10k or such.
having just gotten the car, I want to get it to where I'm comfortable with it before I go balls out in mods

where is it rubbing? if it's the fender liner you can trim it back pretty easily with a dremel.

i checked it out bc i couldn't see where it was rubbing from just looking at it and when i took the wheel off i could see it rubbing against the fender lining on the motor side, where it juts out a little bit, so i raised it up about a 1/2" or so. my best guess was that the camber was causing the tire to flex inwards on bumps and rub a little bit. it's all better now.
