Hi guys n gals. I'm a Kiwi currently living in Australia. Unfortunately my employer is moving me back to NZ for 6 months but fortunately I found an awesome deal online for a New Indy Yellow 2005 S2000 back home

Now I know that buying a used car without test driving it is generally a terrible idea but I have been wanting one of these cars for years but never had the means. I was looking into importing one direct from Japan when I came across my new car Got an independent prepurchase inspection done and it all seems good so now I am playing the waiting game - one month until I get over there and can finally drive it!

I've spent the last few weeks checking over these forums, seems like a great atmosphere and I am looking forward to becoming an active member of the community

 

Welcome from an Aussie, if you look into it bringing it over to Aust is no big deal. Enjoy it!!! What part of Aust are you in?

 

Currently in the mines over in WA. Based in Perth fly in/fly out. I've been over here 18 months now and really love it, but the company needs me back home for a while so off I go...

I'm actually quite interested in your OEM hardtop hardware but perhaps that is best for a PM
