I'd keep the Hard Top matched with the laguna blue.

Thanks Imtimduh. Yup found it on CL at the San Jose area. Was the best deal from all the other S2's I looked at.

Lagunablu2k, Thank you very much! Yes for a while I though my s2k was just really weird. I've seen so much s2ks that were lowered way more than I was. I will make sure to ask them in person how bad they scrape. What's worse for me is that at least you are lowered on skunks. I'm on Teins that are only -1" yet I still scrape. Almost mind boggling as a -1 doesnt seem to be that aggressive. But yes I scrape the frame area right at the door area. I believe its scraping the frame point behind the side skirt where you place the jacks on. No I wouldn't grind down the frame either, just sad that this is a problem. My past cars would scrape the lip or exhaust way before it touches the actual frame. I guess the s2 just has a really low frame clearance.

Thanks for the props everybody! Most definitely will get a hard top one day. Yeah I'm leaning toward matched hard top as well.

Even with the just Teins, the reason you are lower is because the past owner probably used the second perch on the Koni adjustables which bring the car even lower. Just learn to crawl over things and enter steep drives diagonally You cant beat the look of a well lowered S.

congrats on the ride, and love the color choice

Leo, really? Weird. Maybe mine just sagged more, who knows haha. They are indeed Stechs though. Confirmed when I checked the car. Owner even gave me the OE springs with the Tein box.

Ohhh thanks Evil, I didn't know Koni adjustables have a second perch? Most shocks that I've worked on, on past cars did not have this. Yup crawling and going diagonal over drives were learned on my past 240sx throughout college. However those were lip scrapes. Frame scrappage seems like a whole new thing. Sometimes it just inevitable since the frame has to go over the object anyway. Will have to cringe over certain tall bumps. Thanks for the reassurance though.

Took off the front tow hook and wheel tape from previous owner. Also added clear side markers. Car looks a lot better now IMO.

APR front splitter? What do you guys think? Looks pretty good and seems like it would serve a functional purpose as well for next seasons autox.
