Default New to me 02 ap1

Hello everyone, my name is Richard and today I just received my new to me 2002 ap1. Although with 100k miles on the clock it is in excellent condition, garage kept and well taken care of by previous owner, Xpel covering entire car. I am still getting use to this small sports car, surprised it looks so good in person.

The previous owner has installed SOS supercharger on it, amuse titan exhaust and puddymod diff. Originally I plan on upgrading the suspension with sways, chassis braces and coils to firm up and lower the car a little bit, but after seeing how low it already is stock, I am having second thoughts (might not even clear my driveway).

I have an AP1 too and it was purchased at 13x,xxx miles. I'm currently in the process of replacing some wear items (bushings/endlinks/tie rods, nothing major). I am honestly how well these things drive after all these years.

Also, I personally think AP1 looks awesome in person.

haha, yes you are correct. Was it the mods that gave it away or my screen name?

I'd say the mods. I distinctly remember that video where he added that $2,500 and then hilariously admit it does basically nothing. Great video still and amazing content!

As I remember the car it is a conservative mild supercharged "mod" and likely needs nothing more than continued TLC.

Yep, buy the seller, not the car.
