Default New Member here! Im addicted!

K so ive been on SR20forum and SR20-forum since about 2002. Ive had 3 NX2000's (if you have no idea what that is there will be a pic farther down lol) 2 of which i still own. The first one got totaled because I was young and dumb. Anyway after the first one got totaled I DOVE head first into finding another one. I drove up and down teh east coast looking for the one I wanted and passed on several cars (read: wasted ALOT of gas) to finally get what I wanted. It was an Original owner rust free clean NX2000. For about the past 3-4 years ive thrown my blood sweat and tears into the car to get it to where its at now. Its basically finished motor wise/suspension wise and now just needs paint! A 400whp super responsive SR20 and a FWD chassis that can and will handle is what I made and I love it to death.

Anyway this S2000 just sort of fell into my lap. I was looking for a daily driver. But i have no credit history and the banks wouldnt give me a loan. Well I found this car and figured what the hell. Ill go try for another loan. Well this time they approved me!!! So I snatched up the 2001 Silver S2K as fast as I could for a steal form the original owner(an old lady!)! Ive now fallen in love with this car also and im going to go nuts on it and drop TONS of money into it that I will never get back lol . Not sure if I want to turbo this one as N/A bone stock its a fun as car. Ill figure that out after I get the basic stuff out of the way though like swapping out the AP1 diff asap. But youll see me around asking questions here and there and posting up about stuff ive done for those interested! Just wanted to introduce myself. Heres some shitty pics of the S...

Heres some pics of the NX2000 (it needs paint, the hotside IC piping redone, for me to instal these cams, and its done.)

^Kinda new pic of the motor.

^She smiles at everybody!

Congats. I won't encourage you with mods yet. Get that top fixed then we will talk.

Welcome!!

Post up in the Carolina forum and introduce yourself to some of your neighbor owners. Very active group there.

Do a lot of searching and reading before you start to mod. There's not a lot you can do to make power NA. FI is the only route for bang for the buck.

Hang on to the current diff until you figure out your modding plans. The ap2 diff is only marginally stronger (if you saw the amount of strengthening metal added to the end caps, which is what most frequently fails, you would laugh).
