Hey guys,
I meant to make my introduction post sooner (even though sooner meant ~10 months,) but as many of us know life does happen and it happens quickly. Anyways, about a year ago I was in the market for a GPW S2000 and while searching through various posts on Craigslist I set my eyes on a 2002 S2000 with the red interior. I got in touch with the seller and contacted my bank and in no time I was in my new-to-me roadster.
I had a few cans of plasti-dip I wanted to kill, so the dipping began
And then it happened. I was turning left in one of those double left tern lanes and was swipped by a 2500 truck going straight on the "left turn only" lane. The nerve of some drivers. Luckily the driver accepted fault and after a few lengthy conversations with the insurance company I got the S fixed with OEM parts.
Shortly after, I left to go to basic training and so I left the car to father to look after (he says the car suits him better that it does me, but I beg to differ.) Now my S is with my in SC and here is a pic I snapped shortly after installing Billman's TCT (BTW great product and great seller, glad to see the s2ki community is tight)
I hope to contribute to this forum more often. Hopefully the military lifestyle won't get in the way much.

Thank you guys for the warm welcome
I used to be in Central Texas, but now I am the Carolinas. Man, I do miss Texas.
Thank you for the info, this is definitely going to help once I begin the 100K service
