Default new MY07 Silverstone owner in SoCal!

Hey guys, im new here. been browsing for a while but barely registered myself.

Last night i picked up a brand new 07 Silverstone w/ Red/Black Interior. I was able to get the price down to $27,900 + TTL for the car, which came out to 30,290 OTD. I was so happy! The car itself had only 8 miles and was still all wrapped up in plastic!

i had a question for everyone though: is it worth it to get the standard honda alarm system? I believe they wanted to charge $600 or so. I know i could get alot of other aftermarket alarms for this price, but im worried about them voiding warranty since it wont be installed by honda.

Welcome and congrats!! You got your S2000 for a very good deal. The standard Honda alarm, isn't honda, it's an after market brand that uses the OEM remote. I have it, and I don't think it's that great.

I went to Norm Reeves in Cerritos today, and they told me the best they could do was 30k + TTL..................I got up, and walked out.

I am wondering if he had a trade in that might have lowered the price of the car?

That is one of the best deals this month, I have heard of.

I doubt it as he did not say so in his orginal post. I would bet if you went back and offered 27,990 +TTL they would accept it. Of course they are going to open with a higher figure- that is just business. I am sure the OP did not get this price right off the bat.
