Default New in Ohio - Using the website
Excuse a newbie question, but I'm blocked from sending a PM to any seller in the classified section. Keep getting error message saying "you don't have privileges". Do I need to get a paid membership to do PM's? Haven't been able to find the "how to use the website" section.

Appreciate any help on this gang. Thanks.
