I just purchased a 2003 S2000 for 19K, with 17K mi on it. I have had the vehicle about 2 weeks now and am very pleased with the performance. This is my first honda ever, having been a mustang fanatic for about the past 7 years, I figured it was time to try something new. Are there any issues I should be aware or anything in particular I should check out? The only complaints I have thus far is, only having the car a day some1 scraped the side decal off the passenger side with keys

Um I believe you can search for any problems but I think they have most of the clinks worked out by 03. Be safe and have fun and btw don't worry about the haters they will always be there.

Sorry to hear about that happening, but welcome to the community. Have fun with the car and be safe. Like mentioned above, most of the kinks were worked out by 03, so you should be good.

Even late-model AP1s sometimes eat oil so be sure to keep an eye on your engine oil level. There were a couple niggly TSBs for the car, most notably the infamous 'clutch buzz' so you may want to check that out. Be sure to keep the top protected, which will help avoid premature wear and holes down the road. Good luck and welcome.

Welcome to S2Ki. Looks like you got a great deal. It is very different seeing a mustange driver switching to a S2000, but its all good.
