Agree w/my Ohio brother, $18k max. MY03 is a good year, with 4 years of tweaks, generally reliable with most of the early minor bugs worked out. However, the summer season isn't on us yet and sebring is a relatively common color so I would gun for something in the $17s and set the line at $18.

Ended up getting that MY03 for 18 even. Picking it up tomorrow ... came with a fresh set of tires and a tune up.
