Default New Owner...Loving life

Hey Everyone...Just picked up a used 2005 Honda S2000...Coming from a 2004 Infiniti G35 and then a 2008 Infiniti G37...Both officially luxury coupes now that I've driven this sports car...Amazing the thrill a 4cyl with 240hp can give you...

Curious on a few things...I purchased used from a Hyundai dealership...Clean carfax but I never had a PPI done...What have I risked here? And what should my next steps be to assure everything is solid and I can enjoy her without fear of the unknown?

The car is a 2005 with 51,000 miles...Price of sale was $17,500 from a Hyundai dealer...Hope I got an OK deal...Would have preffered buying from Private party but my bank had much stricter requirements from buying private...

So what's next? Stereo has to go (any suggestions on something thats solid that allows compartment to close)...I guess a very light tint would do well...Any other suggestions? Do people actually lower these things further? Feel like I'm driving next to an SUV on the highways and it turns out it's a honda civic...Everything is so big!!!

Congrats on the pickup and welcome to the site!! A head unit and some door speakers will do wonders for this car. Add an amp a 10" and it's perfect!
Many or most on here lower their S more. I have lowered mine a couple inches now I would say. Love it.

Thanks! Any rec's on whether or not I should take it to a Honda dealer at this point for further inspection? Can't change that I bought it...But can replace anything that might need replacing...Also I loaded a photo in my original post...Not coming up but can click the link...Thanks guys

If unsure of maintenance maybe just change out all your fluids: engine oil, trans fluid, diff, brake fluid etc.
Should be fine besides that really unless you notice things wrong.
I wouldn't personally take it to a Honda dealer since they rape you on costs. If you are able to do it yourself will save a ton that way.
Or maybe can find someone on your local regional forum on here that does some work on s2k's on the side.
