Hey all,
I just purchased my first S2000 about a week ago as a birthday present for myself. Its a 2001 with 65K miles. It seems to have been very well maintained and aside from the headlights it's all stock. This will be a weekend car for me. I have no immediate plans to modify, but I'm looking forward to hitting up the local autocross scene once a month or so.
I've only had a few opportunities to drive it so far, but each time I do, I like it more and more. I will say that I'm already chomping at the bit to replace the all season tires that came with the car. I keep thinking I'll end up with a set of AP2 wheels or another 17 inch wheel that doesn't require negative camber and/or fender rolling. This forum has already been a wealth of information in helping me figure out which direction I want to go.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my new S. I find myself trying to find an excuse to go drive it.
