New owner of a yellow 05 S2K
Just picked up my "new" 2005 S2000 ... Rio Yellow ... 14,491 miles on the clock when I picked her up. I've put about 300 miles on her in the last 5 days,
I joined this forum a year ago when I was looking at a red 2001 car with a similar amount of miles. I'm glad I kept my powder dry until this one came along.
This was a 6-months-per-year summer car kept in a garage since new. It never saw snow/ice/salt and I'm not sure it even saw rain (until yesterday
).

Ah, there ... I edited my profile so it shows where I'm from.
Changed the engine oil last night ... and the brake fluid (I think it was original).
In another couple weeks I'll do the manual tranny and the rear diff.

I believe I looked at your car the weekend before you purchase her (Car was sitting in an empty lot next to a camper). Car was located North of Albany, and it was owned by a Puerto Rican lady. Nice car. She did not accept my offer. I am glad the S went to a car enthusiast.
If you are ever in the Central NJ area, reach out to me in advance and we can get together.
Enjoy her.
