New S2000 owner in FL
Hi everyone. I recently purchased my first Honda, a 2004 Grand Prix White w/ tan interior S2000. I've loved the car for years and was finally able to get my hands on one. It has 102,xxx miles on it, but is still in fantastic condition. This will be my year round DD, for my very short commute. Because I bought the car with so many miles, I was just curious what I should do first in terms on maintenance. The Subaru dealership I purchased it from performed an oil change, tire balance and cleaned the throttle body and injection system to correct a little rough idling. The brakes are also a little squeaky.
From reading around the forum a little I decided I probably need to do a transmission fluid change, differential fluid change, and get new brake pads. Is there anything else I should consider doing? Spark plugs maybe? I am in the Air Force and perform aircraft maintenance for a living, so I will probably do most of these tasks on my own to save money. Please let me know if I am leaving off anything vital. I come from the Volkswagen world and was pretty active in their online community and I'm looking forward to doing the same here.
