Default New s2000 owner in the New jersey area

HI everyone,
Ive been meaning to introduce myself on this forum, but my name is Rich and i am proud new owner of an 01 spa yellow s2k. I used to be an owner of a 2003 BMW 330i and was a regular and known member on e46fanatics.com Hopefully this forum will be as helpful as the e46fanatics forums. Well, ironically i've always wanted an s2k since it first came out in 2000 and was supposed to buy an s2k 3 years ago instead of the 330, but insurance was too high, but now i am older and now i have achieved getting an s2k. And from my impressions i love the s2k a lot. People say its the s2k is a downgrade from a bmw, but i didnt wanna get an m3 since the new bodystyle will be coming out next year so i figured i would get the next best thing which was the s2k. The following are pics of my old baby, the 330i. I havent taken pics of my s2k yet, but will take pics once i get the veilside version 1 front lip and airwalker sideskirts installed.

Welcome to the club and congrats on the S. It's def an upgrade from an e46

There's a huge NYC Metro group and there are weekly meets in either Edgewater or Fort Lee. Check it out.

Unless of course you're in South Jersey, then DelVal may be a better fit.

Welcome! Congrats on your purchase, and I hope you enjoy being here on s2ki.com.

Nice Bimmer you had! I think you'll find the S to be a completely different experience!
