Ouch that is hard to read. First off which invidia exhaust is it? One is super loud and will make your ears bleed and the other sounds like crap with a test pipe. For the check engine light you need the defoulers to move the o2 sensor out.

Congrats. If your talking about the older v1 invidia exhausts they are extremely loud and drone like crazy. Buying it used or new won't matter.
If your talking about the newer q300 invidia exhaust that is better but with a test pipe it is very raspy.
You shouldn't get a cel unless you use a test pipe in which case you would need an anti fouler to space the o2 sensor from the test pipe.
