Smile New S2k Owner.

Hello guys my name is Anton i recently bought a ap1 on the auction here in San Jose. When i bought the car it had 32k miles and a bad crashed fender and bumper. Quarter panel was smashed in but was an easy fix, bought it for 9k. It was an untouched engine (kinda wish i left it) i added an intake and an ETD. I recently upgragded to ap2 v1 wheels staggered set up, but now the rear end feels squirrelly and moves side to side at highway speed. tire size. front 225 45 17 rear 255 40 17. Thanks guy hope you can help me out.

Common tire size the car should handle easily.

Matched tires fore and aft? Cold tire pressures set to door jam specs? Low tire pressure in one tire can cause this as can mismatched tires.

Was the car aligned after it was repaired?

i added an intake and an ETD
ETD?

What Chuck said. I'm guessing tires are new and not worn & are mounted directionally correct.

Tires i had before were the stock spec of the ap1 wheels 16 inch. Have yet to check tire pressure ill do that today. Car was not aligned after the repair there was zero frame damage, only some body damage. The car drove perfect the entire time.

Are you saying the car behaved like that both before and after the different wheels/tires, or just after.?
