After you get the code, write it on the battery, next time you swap it out you know where it is. Congrats on the car, injoy.

thanx guys, yea i just wrote it down on my owners manual that i just found in the secret compartment which was by accident..and Mr. white where in orlando do you stay around? any s200 meets around here?

Welcome! When I first bought mine a couple months ago, on my way home from the dealer i purchased it from, i stopped by a Honda dealer and they got the code for me.
