Default New to s2ki

Hey guys new to the forum. Been looking around a good bit and read a good bit about these cars. Anyhow, I am from Alabama and plan to attend several meets a year. Anyone from the southeast having meets pleas let me know where and when. Anyhow, I picked up a 01 Berlina Black S that is in need of a few things. The top needs to be replaced and the 12v plug is loose and stuff like that. Nothing wrong with the car except for the things that are supposed to be wrong with it after 10 years and 130K miles. Here are a few pics of her and progress will be posted in this thread as I move along as well as with dates.

Plans for it so far are:
Replace top with new oem top from honda with glass unless others can talk me into a cheaper soft top with glass.
Get front bumper repainted with a stock ap1 lip.
Get ap2 or CR wing.
Replace cat with test pipe.
Obtain some type of tuning ability to lower vtec and adjust fuel and timing slightly.
Get a set of Koni yellows and use the lower perches.

First day purchased it rained for about the first week of ownership so she is dirty.

After first wash before claybar.

And then I got a chance to clay bar and wax her and here is how she sits now besides having a real tag now.

Thats it for now. Thanks for looking!!

thanks!! I forgot I had to replace the drivers side headlight. I also refinished them as well. They were starting to fade a slight bit and did not look quite as clean as new so I made them new again.

well I had bad wind noise so I recently replaced me striker plates to try and tighten my top down a little bit. Got my striker plates from the hard top guy. They work great....no more wind noise!! Next on the list is test pipe and vafc or soft top. What size test pipe should I get?? I am gonna keep stock exhaust as long as I am paying for the car....
