Default New sebring owner

Hello huys and gals, im pretty excited to be back in the s2k community. I just recently purchased a used '05 sebring s2k. The car has a couple of things done to it, wish it hadn't but it does. It has carbon hood, a wing(oem) and an aluminum radiator with two fans that come on pretty frequently and are quite annoying(going to have to figure out why they come on so frequently. The car also has this really ghetto intake that was force fitted on it, which will be removed asap. I really do need your help guys with figuring out what this little loose sensor on the intake hose is, aparently it was left hanging and the dealer is telling me that is causing the cel to signal an IAT error. I will post some pics soon enough. Thanks!

Thanks a mil guys.. i'm in need of some guidance/orientation here, hopefully you guys could help. This would make my life much easier and save me from headaches
I need to know where this cutoff hose goes to? The previous owner decided to cut it. Sorry for the dirty engine bay, i just got the car today and i spent about four hours cleaning the interior, this dude was a filthy one.

I would really appreciate if you could point in this pic(maybe with a little red circle) where the cut off hose from the previous pic goes.

Now this last one, what is this, seems like a balljoint? with a little red rubber?

Thanks a lot for all your help, i really appreciate it!!

can you point out which "cutoff hose" you're talking about, cuz i cant see any hose that is misplaced in the very first pic??? maybe im just not seeing it. also, you mentioned that a "sensor" is hanging off the intake, and you have a cel for the iat. that sensor hanging off the intake hose IS the iat sensor (intake air temperature). i would clear the code, see if the code returns. if so, i'd test the sensor and make sure the sensor and connections are good. gluck~~

and yes, the last pic is of an upper ball joint. i dont think they make camber adjusting upper arms for the s but i may be wrong. usually camber is set with the lower arms on the s.
