Default New (used) owner in DFW

Just bought a used silver 2003 S2000 ... 27,000 miles, Texas car, two previous owners, well maintained, clean bill of health from my mechanic ... $15,000. It's p o r n on four wheels.

All the info here has been very helpful (lowered seat rails, buyer's inspection, year model differences, stereo install info) and much appreciated! I don't plan on modding it too much ... I like the setup as-is ... but I do want to maintain it and keep it till one of us dies first. Which one of us that will be, I dunno.

I have been a forum member for other cars before (Nissan SE-R, Infiniti G20, Honda CRX, Mazda6 ... the latter my current daily driver) and appreciate the open source of information and community ... and, yes, I know how to use the search function!

Hopefully they will have the drive up in Arkansas again this spring so I can check some of you people out.

Now if I can just figure out why I got two passenger floormats and no driver's ...

If I may make one suggestion toward your first mod...I would get rid of those GoodYear Eagle tires...Are they all season tires? Obviously you'll increase your fun factor by going to a summer tire with more grip...

Welcome to the family, enjoy your new car...2003 is the best model year!

And then, two weeks later, on Thanksgiving night ...

Sigh.
