Hello everyone,

I currently own a srt4, as you can see in my sig. And I am looking to buying a s2k in the near future. And there are a couple things that I hope you can help me with.

1) What do the s2000's run in the 1/4 mile stock?
2) What year is the most preffered? As to more power...
3)How do the cars drive, and how is the reliability?

1.) S2000 run anywhere for 14.2-13.7's, its all about the driver. for example i ran 13.98@100 bone stock

2.)00-06 are all pretty equal as far as power/speed goes. the 06's have shown to make about 5-10 at the wheels more than the other years.

3.) its a honda, so that means stone reliable. im at 41k without one single problem.

Wow, i had no idea they ran that fast in the 1/4 mile stock. Well the srt4 maybe a torqe queen and pull like a mofo, but as far as traction goes, there is none. People have 500hp srt4's and cant break 10's. Thats why i would love to have a rwd car. I think first mod I would do would be a turbo kit. My car has had no problems either, well i broke motor mounts from wheel hop, but thats it. Other than that do you think someone 6'3 would fit in an s2k? I dont know, i have always loved the s2000 and went with an srt4 for cheap hp, but now i think i want something more fun and sylish to drive, not a neon that looks just like every other car in the dodge line up. Thanks for the input guys, keep it coming.

there is a shop called tps around town that tunes 1000hp supras and such, im sure they could handle a s2k. Plus the fi kits ive seen for the s2k looks like a breeze. Tuning would be the only thing i would take it to the shop for. Unless theres more that bets the eye.
