Just under three months ago I picked up the cheapest AP1 S2000 I could find. I've sampled something like 16 different vehicles in the past 2 years and finally have settled on this (and my truck as a daily). I am planning to compete locally in B Street auto x with it, also will be doing lapping and some time attack next year. Not expecting to be competitive nationally but the car is a lot of fun. So far I have acquired some stock AP1 USDM wheels and put fresh 225/50/16 Hoosierstone RE71R, a Karcepts adjustable front sway bar, Hawk HP+ pads and the car came with a Skunk2 catback exhaust. Thanks, I already have plans to basically tear the car down over winter and rebuild and refresh it mechanically starting this weekend. I hope to have the engine and trans out as well as the rear axle shafts and interior all apart by next Monday night.
