CEL reading a misfire in all the cylinders, got my plugs changed twice. NGK platniums pre-gapped and all. after my oil change it was fine but after a day it came back on. same reading, could it be my coil packs? or something more serious??

Two good threads to read up on.
See if you can find a set of coilpacks, also try a valve adjustment... might get rid of it.
