Default One-way ticket. 463 miles home.

So long story, I've kept saying I'll only sell my current car if it gets me an S2000. That was about 5 cars ago, over a period of just a little bit over 2 years.

Started my parade with an 01 Civic EX to a 99 Civic EX to a 98 Integra LS to a highly modded 00 Civic CX then a big jump to the newer 07 Civic Si 4Dr.

The longest time I've kept a car was with my 99 Civic EX, that was only 6 months and the first car I started really getting into. I still miss it's gas sipping, tree hugging, eco box of an engine. 40+ MPG ;o;

How ever, I was modding the Si until I realized it wasn't the car for me. I liked the DC5 more just because it had more of a race car feel to it. Everything on the Si was way too bulky for me. Engine bay was so compacted and troublesome to perform maintenance. So I sold that within 5 months of owning it. My friends and everyone else thought it was a keeper since it was new haha.... it was really quite unexpected.

Anyways, was searching for a month while I was selling my Si, I found one on s2ki and bought the ticket to fly down to get it, but then I started looking on San Diego's craigslist and found another one, 2000 silverstone, slightly modded. I felt it was a better deal, sorry other guy

Asked for 10800, got it for 10500 since the guy was nice enough to drop the price so I can pick it up earlier than my scheduled flight.
2000 Silverstone
Clean Title
82k miles
AP2 front bumper and lip
18" Works CR-Kai staggered
Nitto 555
New top
New slotted drilled rotors and pads in the front
Eibach springs
Invidia Exhaust

Thats pretty much all I can remember from the listing.

So I changed my flight plans and picked it up 2 days later... which was yesterday. And I sold the Si last Tuesday.

These pictures were taken today curiosity of my photographer friend, M_Truong. All shot were unedited as my computer finally gave out after 5 years of abuse. So I'm on my new computer with none of my programs installed yet. And we also got Comcast right before I came home from half the photo shoot. This week is a good week.

Clutch is still oem with all it's oem clutch buzz goodness. Front bumper and lip will need some paint as there were some cracks in the paint and a crack in the lip. I also made a 2nd crack in the lip when I left a gas station in LA.... /facepalm. I underestimated the exit driveway and didnt angle enough. And I also hit something either on the way home or on the way to Fry's to buy a new router.... There's a web under the driver's headlight now that I didn't notice before. There are a few noises around the interior I can't seem to really find but I'll find it after a few weeks of driving it. Not too major wrong with the car. It drove me 463 miles home so I'm sure it'll last. At least me anyways.

This exhaust made my ears ring after I got home.... NOT FEELING IT was fun when I just got in the car, but after a few miles it got old real quick. Look forward to seeing this in the market place haha.

Even though I took the 5 instead of 101, man was the drive home still fun.

btw the car hasn't been washed since I drove it home. It got blasted by my lawn's sprinklers though....
