Post Ordered my 06 today !

Well after waiting what seems like forever to buy the 06. I coundn't wait anymore so I ordered one. Now that I know what the color look like(Laguna Blue), the DBW is not an issue.
I got it for $300 over invoice and NO dealer fee !!! $31,483+tag+tax= $33,503 OTD. I think this is the best deal I can get. The car suppose to be here 12/5 - 12/9. It gonna be long 2 weeks.

A member on here- RBR- told me he got one for $400 over invoice. So I start the negociation from there. I call a several dealers and asked them if they can beat that price and if they can I'll buy it today. One argreed to $300 over invoice.

I took delivery of my new 2005 Silverstone S2000 on Halloween of this year. I was going to wait for the 2006 models initially, but decided to get a 2005 for several reasons:

(1) I was unsure how DBW would effect the driving experience.

(2) I was put off by the 900 increase in price

(3) The 2005 were going for fairly cheap.

I most likely think I should have waited

You're going to love it.
I just got my Laguna Blue last Wednesday night and it's been a delight breaking it in.

hahahah I did the same thing. I was originally going to wait for an 06, but the dealer gave me the 05 for 30K OTD, so of course I couldn't refuse
