Default Pacific NW

So I just bought my first s2000. Really excited. I fell in love with the car when my friend (ptrang here on the forums) let me drive his. I am now the proud owner of a 2003 s2000. I come from driving a Toyota supra which I love to death. Any tips on basic things or common knowledge you guys know with these cars is much appreciated. (It only took me 5minutes to figure out the gas flap.)

Congrats, how are you liking your S2000 so far?

As for maintenance, stay on top of the fluids. Since it's a higher revving car I change my engine oil more frequently than I would an average car..always better to be on the safe side. I generally change the engine oil out every 3,000 to 5,000 miles with synthetic 10W-30.
Also, don't neglect the differential fluid or transmission fluid, those need to be done as well, while at larger intervals.

P.S. I love the Toyota Supra, and now I've noticed Toyota has a rather good looking concept, the FT-1.

Love the car so far! Thanks for the tips. I'm in Tacoma. I like the ft1 as well except for the nose...it kind of looks funky IMHO
