Default Potential new owner UK

Hi, I am considering buying an S2000 to use on a fairly regular basis. I currently run a 15year old S1 Lotus Elise which I also use for the odd track day and club level sprints.
Is there anyone in my area that i can chat too about this aspect of running an S2000 on a daily basis all year round and use it on the circuit now and again.
Thanks
John

Welcome

You may want to post in the UK section of the forum, that way you'll get a local opinion.

Wow, an Lotus Elise S1! I bet that thing is more fun than an S2000.

I am sure someone in the UK could shed you some light on this. The S2000 was made for daily driving, weekend cruising, and track days...I am sure you would be happy with one.

There are a couple of guys doing sprints, and plenty doing track days.

Tim S does sprints https://www.s2ki.com/...r/119623-tim-s/
and MB does circuit racing: https://www.s2ki.com/.../user/34525-mb/

The Track Day FAQ is a useful resource too: https://www.s2ki.com/...ck-day-faq-v03/
