Hello everyone, I will try to make short as posible.
If i lease s2k (AP2) i will have hard time for living alone, and forced live with parents.
In the other hand if buy... like a miata (94+) i will have plenty of cash for modified the car
and i can live on my own. Nevermind, i just want hear (read) other points of view. Thanks.

buy miata and modify and live alone until you find a better job and can afford a nicer car is my suggestion.
