Default Pulled The Trigger !

Well I did it. I purchased a 2007 with 16k miles on it last night.
Silver/Black. I have no idea what "silver" it is. How do I find out ? I assume somthing to do with the Vin #JHMAP21457S004233 ?
It has a RED H on the trunk. I will probably look to trade with somebody for a standard one. It also has Fujita CAI. Other than that it is stock.

I now need: OEM Lip & Ipod Aux Mod.

I will snoop around here for where to purchase these items.

The car runs good. My 23 year old sone love the Vtec/Fujita !!!. It is not nearly as fast as my Miata, but plenty fun and I'm sure better reliability. Love the cruise control and power top !!!!!

That is it for now. I am no longer a noob !!!

Regards,
pwcfan

Welcome!!

The color is Silverstone.

Careful with the Fujita intake if you live in a rainy climate where streets flood or large deep puddles form. That style of intake is called The Straw. It can suck water into the engine causing hydrolock.

yeh............the Miata was a beast. We had it "de-tuned" to 224 whp. It had all of the "Flyin' Miata" goodies on it. It was all professionally done. With the stock internals it would make 275rwhp @ 14psi. I commute 100 miles a day so we decided on a conservative map @ 224rwhp/8psi. It was very fast with ALOT of torque, something I'm having to get used to in the S. Passing on the Fwy in the S takes a little more time in 6th gear. The "M" was a great track car. I will find out this summer how the S does. I will probably just stick with AutoX for my fun. I do it with my son. We have a blast !!!!

I am sitting in my garage with a laptop, beer, a ballgame and the S.........trying to "bond" with it !!!!

Driving to home today was incredible. The S is by far the easiest car I have EVER driven. Man, what a treat !!!

So Cal, 77 deg, top down...........it's good to be me.

pwcfan

Nice, congrats. OEM lip is a great mod. Regarding Hardtopguy - he recently changed jobs (unrelated to HTG.com), which has caused a bit of a backlog on orders. There is a pretty comprehensive thread on this out there but I can tell you that Jeff is a GREAT guy, I know him personally and he consistently has bent over backwards for his customers. His prices are great, you just may need to be a little patient with your order.

In any event, enjoy the car (and that intake!).
