Default Purchased my S2K today!

Well, after searching for 2 months and working to get my car sold, I was finally able to pick up my S2K today It's an '05 silverstone with OEM front lip, side strakes, and spoiler. There are only 6500 mi on the clock so it's basically brand new. Unfortunately the weather was gloomy today (but dry at least) so the pics I have are not in any sunlight, but this car is immaculate. Anyway, I think the pics can best describe how happy I am so here you go! (sorry for the high res, wanted to keep them that way for better detail)

Sitting in the customer delivery garage bay at BMW (this was a VERY nice setup and they give you outstanding treatment):

Off to test drive:

Engine bay:

Her sexy behind

And one last shot of my new S2K with my K20A2 swapped EP3 (sold) :

Thanks for looking!!

Yeah I think the owner did several small things to it (incl. the calipers and front strut tower bar). The mugen oil and radiator caps I put on from my old car.

Hey Fellow former Ephatcher,

Congrats on your purchase...I'm in the process of parting out and selling or trading in my ep and getting an S2000 here is the link to her

Do you miss your ep at all or is the s2000 just that much better of a car? How does the RWD feel in comparison to the FWD? Is the feeling of driving the S night and day? I'd love your thoughts on this since we're sort of traveling the same path.

Thanks for the congratulations and good luck on your sale!

I have to say that I do miss my EP a bit, but the S2000 beats it hands down in everyway. RWD is definitely more fun (and may cost me a lot of money in tires lol) and I would agree that it is night and day. You're in cockpit in the S2K, the EP was very open... as corny as it sounds, you feel like you're one with the car. I'm not sure if you've driven an S before so hopefully I'm not saying things you already know. The transmission is a MILLION times better in this car. The gear changes are very crisp and precise. You obviously don't have as much room in the trunk as the hatch did, but I never took advantage of it (nor back seat passengers) to have this as a concern. And the last big noticible improvement is the handling. From the factory this thing handles like nothing else. It's VERY tight in the turns with virtually no body roll. Overall it's just an outstanding car in everyway! Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be glad to answer them as best I can

Welcome aboard, FurY! Car looks very clean. A Spoon sock, and you're done.

Haha thank you sir...... it sure is nice having a car already setup just how you want without having to do hardly anything at all to it.
