Red AP2 Owner in Georgia
Hey whats up guys, long time lurker here. Been searching these forums for quite some time for info ever since I got my 2006 NFR AP2 in December 2016, but I have never actually made a post here.
Got mine from Florida and had to drive down to pick her up since I missed my one way flight...Spirit airlines has the dumbest policy where you have to check in 45 minutes before flight time or else they will not let you board... Before I had a 1987 Rx7 Turbo II, 1996 Turbo Miata, and a 2011 Genesis Coupe. Car came completely stock! So far I got a hardtop and a Js Racing Titanium 70RR exhaust. Glad to finally be a s2k owner!

Black roof sets the red color off nicely!
Since there are several posts running on this much of the time: Have you checked the valve clearances? If not do it NOW. 2006 cars are infamous for tight valve clearances which will turn into burned valves. Check the running threads for simple instructions.

I plan on checking the valve clearance either this month or next month. I've never had to do any of this for my miata or rx7 so I've been a bit reluctant to do it. Got the tools, just need the motivation
