Default Roof question

How hard is it to fit a hard roof to an originally non hard roof s2000? From what I've read I get the impression it should work fine and be totally compatible. Any advise here?

I ask because I've seen a couple of deals on S2000's in the spec I want, but without the hard roof and I fancy a hard roof a lot - so would like to be able to purchase separately eventually.

Thanks for the help, hopefully be an owning member of this forum soon

Yeah you can't say "hard roof" on this forum, you'll be eaten alive.

Hardtop ...lesson learnt. Thanks

Looking at that link and further it also seems there are some interesting non-OEM hardtop options out there. I think softtop might be preferable at this stage.

Yeah, I was semi interested in an oem hardtop, but realized it wasn't as simple as snapping it on. Lol, so I too will stick to my soft top =)

By "softtop might be preferable at this stage" I meant I won't bother forking out for a oem hardtop at time of car purchase, and instead I'll potentially get one of the other styles later. The fitting effort isn't a worry for me, I'm all for getting my hands dirty
