S2000 Questions
Hello everyone,
I'm new to these forums and I do not own an S2000 and never have. I am looking to possibly change that, I've always loved the S2000s... My cousin used to have two of them and I got to drive them quite often--amazing cars. I am currently looking at one on craigslist. It's very clean the only mods are aftermarket wheels and a very tasteful front bumper mod. The car is 2001 and has 82K miles. I am not mechanically savvy but I am fortunate enough to be able to afford to have a second summer car and be able to have someone else work on it for me. All of this being said, I'm looking for some advice from current S2000 owners. Is there anything with the 2001 year that I should watch out for or anything related to S2000s I should look for??

There's 16 years of messages here and many apply to the 2001 model cars.
Recommend you spend several days reviewing the messages (don't expect us to spoon feed you
). Start with the FAQs and differences between the model years as there are several different "generations" of these cars as Honda improved them literally every two years. Took me several months before I worked down my priority list for this car.
