Change diff fluid first thing. use LE607. Then id say your right on track with having someone reputable do a retainer inspection and valve adjustment.
Then id say pick up an AEM v2. Then a test pipe. Then put an ACT pressure plate and new stock disk in so thats out of the way. Then you could do hondata gasket and cooling mods. Then exhaust, Then header.
Ace the stupid VAFC as it doesnt work for shit, really makes no lasting difference at all.
Id also say tein S tech drop springs as they make the car more driveable than it is at stock height.
Then go practice in a big lot, sliding the car both dry and wet, so you have an idea of how fast you have to be on the wheel of an ap1. It is VERY tail happy with stock struts and in mostly stock form.
Thats why they changed the control arm mounting points and geometry on the ap2. To calm the cars temper during a slide.
Need any other stuff just PM. I enjoy helping. later dave

That's pretty clean/good looking S for $6500!

Change all the fluids to be safe, unless you have documentation of the last change. Oil/Transmission/Differential for sure, and coolant probably wouldn't hurt.
yea thats what i plan on doing before i drive the car back home 11 hours lol
