I spend a lot of time in Amsterdam but I have not seen an S there yet. I will keep an eye out for your carbon fiber beast!

Looking good all those DIY's. Really amazed by the poly doors project!

Maybe it's an idea to tweak the carbon piece a little bit more, that you have used for the holes of the OEM mirrors.
You could make lineair openings in them so they look more into place on the doors.
A little bit like the openings on the e90 M3:
