Hey guys, just wanted to say hi. My name is Ian, I have been learning quit a bit on this site for the past month. I finally found my s2k yesturday, its an 02 silverstone with 68k on it. Its pretty clean, 1 owner car and a good price from what I have seen. Anyways, I bought it out of state and its on its way to MN, and I cant wait! Ill get to drive it for about a month before the snow flys, which will be a tease, but it was a good deal, so I couldnt pass it up. Hope to meet some of you, and learn alot more about this machine.

Welcome to the site and S2K ownership! I have to agree, putting the car away for the winter is a thing. But in the spring, it's like getting a new car every year PLUS, it keeps it looking fresh, FREE from the corrosive effects of NaCl (ROAD SALT ).

 

Yea, I have stored all my cars during the winter, but its like christmas every spring, the car feels new again, like the day you got it! I hope I will live this car forever.
