S2K in Washington, DC
Long time observer here, finally pulled the trigger after looking for several months on Autotrader/Carfax for a clean, single owner, no accident, under 30K miles. Located car in Washington State, Spokane (a mere 2,463 miles away lol).
Excited new owner of a Sebring (correction Silverstone, thx for head ups mD5) 2005, all-black interior with 22K miles (it was a trade-in by a 67 aged retiree). Delivery photos on a chilly but sunny December 27th at 8:00 AM! My first glimpse (swoon):

Gorgeous S2000, you will love this car if your into sports car because it's truly a sports car. I am sure you already knew what you got yourself into when buying one. Maintenance is a breeze, Honda motors are solid, I have 140k miles on my 2001 and still on it's original clutch. I'll end it short here, take care and enjoy it in good health. Make sure to read the FAQ as suggested earlier, its a good read

I came close to buying a Toyobaru/Scion FR-S as used ones in USA have already dropped to below $20K, but once I drove two S2K on the same day as the FR-S, it was no brainer (at least for my preference).
I know many here say it may be overkill or nanny training wheels, but I've decided to err on the side of safety and ordered the RaceLogic Aftermarket Traction control system (http://www.racelogic.co.uk/index.php...action-control). Having the great guys at Inline Pro (http://www.inlinepro.com) install.
CKit has been a strong advocate of this product: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/533...rol-installed/
