Default Value of this set up

What would be the resale value, in anyone's opinion, of a 2000 Berlinetta Black S2000 with red interior and a 2005 2.2 Liter engine and 2005 transmission?

My girlfriend is thinking of selling her's after after I put the new engine in it and is contemplating if she should get the new slave cylinder for the 2005 transmission that came with the package we purchased to replace the original engine that threw a rod through the side after oil starvation with no indicator on the oil light her oil was low.

We know the preferred set up is the new engine with the older transmission, but the fact is we think the resale value would be higher with the new transmission as well.

The body has 58k miles and the engine has 12 miles on it. It has a new 2005 clutch and flywheel and all associated parts but we chose to keep the 2000 ECU due to the noticeable increase in power achieved due to the fueling maps over the 2005 ECU, which we also have.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, as she wants to make a decision on this fairly soon.

Thanks in advance.

I drive a custom Jaguar XJ-S.

The S2000 is hers and I take her word for the color. I just fix it.
