Default Went to Honda Dealsership

Hi All! I'm 21 and currently own a 06 RSX Type S.

Well I was working on a job near a Honda dealership on Tuesday so stopped by after work.. I really wanted just to see a S2000 and the new SI up close and personal. No intention of buying anything.. But oh man.. when I first saw the S2000.. I was like <3... then I jumped right in .. heh.. Anyway didn't test drive it but going back tomorrow! It's Laguna BP btw.. If I like the way it drives i'm going to get one come June! If I get it i'm going to put some White Volk TE 37s with Kumho MXs on it the day I get it.. think the wheels will look nice? Can't forget the lightweight lug nuts ! I really can't wait till tomorrow... anyway I will post up about my test drive tomorrows! Gnight all.

Take it easy on the drive. Feel the handling and the shifter. Don't take it into VTEC (6K RPM).

Enjoy!

don't drive hard like you would in rsx. you will lose control and spin out.

i used to own a 02 rsx type s. if i were you i would get light engine mods intake, header, and exhaust and drop a hondata flash. you should be able to hit 13's. or just put a turbo and hit 12's. rsx is a great car though. very nice and realiable motor. i sold mine when it hit 80k miles. and around 40k i put greddy turbo. i had no problem with the car. even clutch never slipped. now i kinda want my rsx back for daily.

How are you gonna do that? You have TE 37's that will fit an S2000 just laying around?

FYI- The S2000 has funky offsets... don't be surprised if it takes you 3-4 months to get a set... Don't just throw on some wheels that are 5x114.3 and assume they will work...

Good luck!

I don't really know much about wheels but I like those. Where can I order them from. I'll wait even 3-4 months if it fits perfect.

Just my opinion, but you just got a 2006 RSX???? don't you think it is too soon to get a new car? Unless you got a lemon or you really regret your purchase...I would suggest sticking with your current choice for a few years. Then move up to the S2000.

Unless of course money is not a problem. They I say keep 'em both.
Good luck on your decision.
