At first I was like no, but then I was like whoa....

30k for an 05 with SC and a HT seems like a steal to me - a new S you may get for 31k, but a SC is 6k and a HT is 3k on top of that. Plus, it has the tan interior - like it or not, its rare and a hot commodity for interior swaps.

It looks really clean - I wonder if it was an S2ki member's?

that's a very good deal. I just bought an 05 with 5200 miles. total price was $27,000. It doesn't have SC or hard top. Go for it.
