Can someone PLEASE answer my question???

"If an S2000 revs and there's no one there to hear it - does it make a sound???" Answer that one you S2000 know it alls!!

Hurry up before I go to some other forum.
That depends on whether you've already blown your hearing by running a straight pipe or not. If you have, then the answer is "who knows; I couldn't hear it anyway."

And, yes, it's louder than the sound of one hand clapping...

trinydex, I'm not going to stand up for people's attitudes universally around the board. It runs the gamut. I'm sorry nobody's helping you out. All I can tell you is that the knowledgable people are there.

Intrepid175. if you've seen my questions... do you know the answers to any of them?
Sorry, I'm afraid not. Most of what I read had to do with performance upgrades to the engine (turbochargers etc.) and brakes. My car was bone stock and I had / have no interest in those kinds of "improvements." I have no problem with folks that do like to make those kinds of mods. In fact, I enjoyed reading the threads about the Vortec and Comptech superchargers. If I were going to add forced induction to my car, that's probably the way I'd go but as it is, I think the car is just fine right the way Honda designed it!

Good luck & Drive Safe,
Steve R.
