Post where do you put all your loose change/coins?

hello people,

I got a AP2 GPW about eh 3 weeks ago, just wondering where do you put your loose change at? In my previous cars I used the ashtray (since I don't smoke). I know you can buy an ashtray but from the photos they look pretty small.

In this car all we have is the cup holders (used to hold my cell phone), glove box and "secret compartment".. I am sure someone here has came up with a creative solution

I got the perfect solution for you. Buy a cheap and small camera pouch with a belt loop. The belt loop should be the right size to fit snugly over the e-brake handle. I've been doing this for a week now and i love it. I'll snap a pic later.

I don't use cash... It helps out greatly. But I have had a few coins which I put in the cup holder, which I use for my phone also.

Another cheap alternative... get a plastic 35mm film canister (remember those? Remember the days of film? ), toss the change in there, then toss the canister into those incredibly tiny itty bitty door panels...

I bought a used prelude with a drivers seat that wouldn't recline. I took apart the seat and found over $5 in change in the seat's recline/hinge. There was a plastic cover over that area and I couldn't believe how many coins had fallen into it. A penny had finally locked it up totally. I watch out for loose pockets with change in them while riding in sport seats.

I just bought my 05 S2000 Saturday so I am not sure how open these seats are to coins.

Maybe its different from an AP1 but I put my change just behind the cupholder, there is a slot about 3 inches deep, 4 inches wide.
