Would I fit
I'm 6'5" 185lbs. I fit in the car with the stock seat, but not very well. I had about 1" of headroom with the top up. Top down I probably looked like a giant.
I ended up switching the stock seat to a fiberglass bucket with a low seat rail, now I fit like the car was made for me. The base of the seat is pretty much on the floor, and all the way back on the rails.
I still can't heel-toe because my knee hits the steering wheel, but I imagine that could be fixed with an aftermarket wheel. You shouldn't have as much of a problem with that unless you have really long legs.

I'm 6'3" and 175 lbs. I have plenty of head room with my hard top and my knees clear the steering wheel by inches when I'm in the car. You should be fine.
I find that width is the main problem that drivers can run into.

Find a used car dealer and go sit in one. Best way to know how well you'll fit or not fit.
Go drive the car.
I'm 5'11 and 175. Unless you're gangsta leanin at all times, you'll be fine in this car. I love how people that are 5'10 are complaining.
But then again, when I pull in/out people's cars at work, it seems like people even shorter than me like to sit in the back seat while driving. Maybe that's why 90% of the people here have no idea what they're doing on the road. They're asleep in their lazy-boys behind the wheel.

Height/weight really have nothing to do with fitting into an S2K. I'm 6'4 195 and I fit perfectly, with a good 1" of headroom left, seat 1 click forward and in the proper seating position (wrist check), not the ghetto, 1-armed, head in passenger seat position. It has a lot to do with your build, more than your actual height/weight. I'm tall and thin with long legs, which is perfect for the S2K, simply because it has a narrow seat with pedals that are far back.
Just go sit in one. You shouldn't buy a car without actually checking it out in person anyway.

you'll love the car...it's the only car i have as of now...but in my view i wouldnt get it for a long daily commute...it's comfy but it might get tirsome after a while, i have drove mine from the Bay to LA and i had so much fun, but my friend that he was 6.2 was having a hard time in the car...and i'm 5.11.
