which years came with red interior?

Keep in mind there are a few variations. I have an MY01 with a red interior, black dash. MY02 Sebrings had an ALL red interior which included the dash. MY04+ cars started to include black/red seats.

Correction, mine MY01 also has the red interior with black dash...
